1. Who sells
LeadRight (getleadright.com) is provided by [DA COMPILARE: company or full name], VAT number [DA COMPILARE: P.IVA], registered at [DA COMPILARE: address] (“we”). Questions: hello@getleadright.com.
2. Scope
These terms govern the LeadRight Pro subscription bought on the website. The Free plan stays free, with a limit of 10 scored challenges a month. The iPhone app has its own in-app subscription, sold through the App Store under Apple's terms: the web Pro subscription does not include it, and vice versa.
3. What Pro includes
While your subscription is active, Pro removes the Free plan's monthly limit: you can complete scored challenges without limits, with AI-generated feedback and scores on the four leadership competencies. The service is for personal use; we may temporarily limit automated or abnormal use that puts the service at risk.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are those shown at the time of purchase, in euros and including VAT where applicable. Payment is processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.): we never see or store your card details. If you buy for your business, you can enter your VAT number at checkout.
5. Automatic renewal
The subscription is monthly or yearly and renews automatically at the end of each period, at the same price, until you cancel. We tell you about any price change in advance; it applies only from the next renewal, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
6. Free trial
If a free trial is shown at purchase, the first charge happens when the trial ends; if you cancel before, you pay nothing. The trial is only for a first subscription.
7. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from “Manage subscription” (on the dashboard or your profile), which opens Stripe's billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: until then you keep Pro and are not charged again.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
If you are a consumer, you normally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason (Articles 52 ff. of the Italian Consumer Code, Legislative Decree 206/2005).
Pro gives you immediate access to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. That is why, before payment, we ask you to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once supply has begun (Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code; Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Without this request the purchase is not possible. We confirm the consent you gave by [DA COMPILARE: confirmation on a durable medium, e.g. email].
The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made for business purposes.
[NOTE FOR LEGAL REVIEW: if Pro qualifies as a “digital service” (Directive (EU) 2019/770) rather than “digital content”, the Article 59(1)(o) exception may not apply: a consumer who requested immediate performance could still withdraw within 14 days and pay for the part of the service already provided (Article 57(3) of the Italian Consumer Code). Also check the duty to confirm on a durable medium (Article 51(7)). Remove this note before publication.]
9. Refunds
Except where the law provides otherwise, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content and services, amounts paid for a period that has already started are not refundable. If you think you are entitled to a refund, write to us: we reply within two working days.
10. Account
Pro requires a LeadRight account; keep your credentials safe. We may suspend an account used fraudulently or against these terms; if the suspension is not your fault, we refund the unused part of the period.
11. Governing law and courts
These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. For disputes with consumers, the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile have jurisdiction.
